Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy (ASSP) is an open source anti-spam solution that utilizes advanced as well as more common ways to avoid spam. ASSP also takes care of email transferred viruses. Being a server side solution - ASSP has more possibilities to detect spam before it actually reaches your inbox - than ordinary anti-spam products. It automatically maintains lists of previously white listed sender. On top of that is uses bayesian filter to determine spam form real email messages.
