Umbraco is a unique Content Management Systems (CMS) written in ASP.NET. First of all Umbraco allows designers to have completely free hands in terms of layout, and thus making sure that your site is compliant with the latest web standards. Also it has full support for several AJAX frameworks e.g. script.aculo.us. All of this makes Umbraco a treat for all web-designers, who would normally be struggling to implement a design bound by a typical CMS's limitations.
Content editors are also faced with a system that not only looks great - but also performs exceptionally. Editing takes place in either a browser based WYSIWYG editor - or simply using Microsoft Word. Additionally every change is stored - allowing you to rollback to any version of your content at any time.
All in all Umbraco is a great CMS for both experienced and novice users.
