Exceptional. Get's the job done with as little fuss and confusion as possible. The vast number of free user-developed plugins just adds to it's value. I often reach for VD before loading video into ULead or Adobe Premiere because I know I can get the job done quickly and effecdtively in VD.

The best tool I know for simple editing or converting a video!
Not really made for cutting many scenes into one video.
Main disadvantage: only for windows, wish it would be available for Mac!!!
