Considering it's all that Xara Extreme offers and it's free, it makes a very good alternative.

I used to use the original windows version of this program, many years ago and was a big fan then. At the time I was well into CorelDRAW, who if I recall correctly later bought the Xara graphics suite. It makes me very happy to now see it under Open Source and working excellently on Linux.
