Handbrake is a DVD to MPEG-4 converter. It is able to process both unencrypted files from the VIDEO_TS folder as well as whole DVDs and turn them into MPEG-4 or H.264 formats. NTSC and PAL formats are also converted so that it can easily be view no matter what original format. Top video quality is ensured by features such as de-interlacing - and the converting using a 2 pass re-encoding of video.
