Nearly perfect. Just audio and video missing for MSN, but not a big deal since you can use Skype for that on Mac Os X.

Works perfectly for me. Not only for MSN, but also for ICQ, Yahoo, Google Talk, Jabber and, most recently, Facebook chat. There is no support for audio or video. But I don't need those anyway.
