Adobe Captivate is able to record all activity on the screen of your PC for later playback in flash (swf) format. Captivate allow you to create pure demonstrations showing users how e.g. to use a specific application - but it also lets you add interactivity to see if the user actually understands what he or she is seeing. For e-learning, support and sales/marketing Captivate is an excellent screencast product.
