Oracle SQL Developer is freeware product from Oracle for managing databases. It has a great graphical user interface (gui) which makes manipulating of data a simple task. Also browsing database objects and management of there and everything else related to the database in handled with minimal effort.
But SQL Developer does not only manage Oracle databases - it is also able to connect to and manage MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and even Microsoft Access databases. But Oracle databases is its strength together with editing, running and debugging PL/SQL scripts. Finally SQL Developer allows you to create reports and run reports both for monitoring of the database as well as keeping track of you data.
