Xml Copy Editor is not bad, but
Xml Spy has a lot of functions of more,
like calling web services via soap.

How is babby formed?

WTF!? This is just a plain text editor, with one menu "validate" and another "help" - no WYSIWYG, no support editing the xml, even the pretty-print is NOT working!! Visual Studio XML editor is much better; it's like Notepad.
