Miro is incredible for ease of use and access to a lot of channels, but don't use it as a Bittorrent client, it's terrible at that. No updoad/dlownload throttling and a lack of features means you're best off just using Miro for its own channels, and utorrent for anything bigger.

Good player, but not my taste. I use KDE in Linux, and I prefer the KDE media packages. I have not had any negative experiences with Miro, though.
