musikCube is a music library and player. It plays virtually any music media format that is comes across, however, drm (digital rigths management) protected music (music bought on-line) is not support. But on the other hand it quickly and easily rips music off your CDs - allowing you to "migrate" you entire CD collection into musicCube's fantastic library.
One of the really cool features is it's dynamic playlists. By playing you favorite tracks musikCube stores data on your preferences - and it is then possible to generate playlists that matchs your mood. The actual technology behind the dynamic playlists is no more than SQL, since musikCube uses SQLite as it's backend. This is also why searching and navigating through all of the tracks is done very fast. Finally musikCube is extreemly lightweight, so that it won't grab all of your memory. But one draw-back is the lack of iPod support, but perhaps we will see that sometime in the future.
